General Job Description
MPR is actively seeking Lead Electrical Power Engineers for full-time positions at our East Lyme, Connecticut, Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and Alexandria, Virginia offices. Successful candidates will engage in a variety of challenging engineering projects involving aspects of design, analysis, specification, test, modification, and failure investigation of industrial power systems and equipment. Projects vary on a year-to-year basis, but typically are associated with industrial facilities, including nuclear, coal, and gas-fired generating stations, renewable generation facilities, energy storage facilities, transmission and distribution networks, transmission system substations, and petrochemical and steel facilities. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to project teams immediately and leverage his or her leadership experience while embracing more complicated technical project management responsibilities.
